Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Product Design, Interaction Design, and User Experience, with proven hands-on expertise in building end-to-end digital products.

Note : We are specifically seeking UI/UX or Product Design professionals not candidates with a primary background in Graphic Design.

Candidates with experience in established design agencies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design end-to-end for product features from concept, research, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content teams to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and derive insights to inform design decisions.

- Build user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.

- Establish and maintain consistency through design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components.

- Analyze product usage data and continuously improve designs based on user behavior and feedback.

- Ensure pixel-perfect UI delivery and smooth developer handoffs using tools like Figma and Zeplin.

- Advocate for best-in-class UX and contribute proactively to improving the overall product experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 6 years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience working on web and mobile products.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including problem statements, process, and final outcomes.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and component-level detail (without leaning primarily towards graphic design).

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions confidently.

- Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in established design agencies or design consulting studios.

- Background in EdTech or consumer-facing digital products.

- Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/basic JS) is a plus.
