Hella - Project Lead - SAP PS/PPM Modules

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the SAP PS/PPM project creation and maintenance processes.

- Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and project closure activities.

- Handle annual and fiscal year project planning, including end/start of FY project preparations.

- Ensure accuracy of project master data (PMDT) and extended structures.

- Perform SOP/EOP ECM workflow checks and ensure compliance with internal processes.

- Manage development hour postings, WBS element creation, and related SAP project tasks.

- Prepare and manage project reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain alignment with organizational objectives while driving process improvements.

- Lead, mentor, and guide the project team to ensure high performance and accountability.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree / Engineering / Diploma or equivalent field of study.

- 47 years of hands-on experience with SAP/PLM, especially in SAP PS/PPM project activities.

- Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.

- Strong understanding of project structures, WBS elements, cost planning, and SAP project workflows.

- High motivation for productivity improvement and process optimization.

- Fluency in English; German language skills are an added advantage.

- Proficiency in relevant systems: OTRS, SAP PPM, SAP PS, Salesforce, Pro4B, DW, Excel, and presentation tools.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
