Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist at HealthPlix, youll work on end-to-end data projects from mining and model development to production to empower doctors with intelligent insights that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design AI-driven systems to assist doctors with better clinical decisions.

- Process, clean, and validate large, structured and unstructured datasets.

- Build and fine-tune ML models for prediction, recommendation, and decision support.

- Integrate internal and third-party data sources to enhance analytics.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deploy models into production.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2- 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science / ML.

- Strong programming in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Proven experience in end-to-end ML pipelines (data ? model ? deployment).

- Knowledge of statistical modeling, time series forecasting, or NLP.

- Proficiency in SQL / Postgres / MongoDB.

- Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to LLMs, RAG models, or generative AI frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail.

- Collaborative mindset thrive in cross-functional teams.
