Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.

- Create and maintain design documentation including personas, journey maps, and design specifications.

- Iterate designs based on feedback, data analysis, and changing requirements.

- Advocate for UX best practices and help build a user-centric culture within the organization.

- Ensure consistent application of design systems, UI guidelines, and accessibility standards.

- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX and product design.

Requirements :

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and outcomes for web and/or mobile applications.

- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional) etc.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and interaction design.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
