Healthfirst - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Java/Selenium

Role Description :

This is a full-time Senior Quality Analyst role located in Hyderabad.

The role will involve developing test cases, performing manual and software testing, and implementing QA automation processes to ensure the quality of products.

Qualifications :

- Experience in UI and API automation testing (using Java and selenium).

- Contribute to teams' testing /automation effort.

- Leading all testing initiatives and planning to ensure software releases meet requirements.

- Well versed in collaboration with other teams and project leaders.

- Independently manage functional testing, regression testing and automated testing.

- Designing test cases, test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

- Working closely with the development team for closure of bugs and errors.

- Work with Product managers to understand the product requirement & acceptance criteria.

- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.

- Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation.

- Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy and Automation Test Plan.

- Well versed in Agile methodology.

- Good exposure on bug lifecycle and different automation frameworks.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proactive and extremely detail oriented with strong analytical skills
