Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing both frontend and backend components of cutting-edge software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and integrations.

- Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and overall performance. Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, MongoDB, and backend development.

- Solid expertise in React.js and modern frontend development tools.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application architecture.

- Understanding of database management systems and data modeling.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
