About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our product development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with the ability to design and deliver high-performance web applications.

This is an on-site role (Work from Office, 5 days a week) requiring hands-on development experience and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

- Develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Implement database structures, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for better performance and user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.

- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).

- Experience with API design, database management systems, and performance tuning.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
