Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant to act as a subject matter expert in healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have 79 years of total experience and a minimum of 56 years of relevant experience as an HL7/CCDA Integration Consultant. This role is focused on supporting our public sector client by overseeing clinical data onboarding, ensuring data validation, and maintaining end-to-end interoperability across their clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a lead consultant for the onboarding of providers and EMRs to ensure seamless clinical data integration.

- Validate and troubleshoot C-CDA 2.1 and HL7 v2.x messages, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for any data ingestion failures.

- Support production fixes and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure the reliability of the data integration pipeline.

- Ensure clinical data is accurately validated and analytics-ready for key reporting standards, including HEDIS and STAR reporting.

- Collaborate closely with payer integration teams to facilitate end-to-end interoperability and data exchange.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 79 years of total experience, with 56 years of relevant experience as a Healthcare SME or an integration consultant.

- Strong hands-on expertise with HL7 v2.x and CCDA 2.1 messaging standards.

- Proven experience in EMR and provider onboarding and integration.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- The ability to work closely with payer integration teams and deliver compliance-ready data.

Preferred Skills :

- FHIR.

- XML/XSD.

- Knowledge of healthcare vocabularies such as LOINC, SNOMED, and RxNorm.

- Knowledge of Payer/Quality measures.
