We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating our product or service to meet client requirements. You will collaborate closely with customers, project managers, product teams, and support to ensure seamless implementations and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with clients to gather technical requirements and understand business needs.

- Install, configure, and customize software or systems according to specifications.

- Develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines and deliverables.

- Perform data migration, system integration, and interface development as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.

- Provide training and support to end-users during and after deployment.

- Document implementation processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to improve processes and tools.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in an implementation, technical support, or solutions engineering role.

- Experience with software deployment, system integrations, APIs, and databases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in PHP Laravel.

- Background in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software environments.

- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
