Role Summary :

Were hiring a Salesforce Test Automation Architect & BU Head to lead our Salesforce automation business vertical. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and business ownership to scale a high-impact vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable Salesforce test automation solutions with Selenium & other test automation tools & technologies.

- Lead the Salesforce QA vertical end-to-end including delivery, hiring, growth, and P&L.

- Manage large QA teams, drive excellence in test coverage and execution.

- Collaborate with global clients; support pre-sales, solutioning, RFPs, and consulting.

Must-Have Experience :

- 12 to 15 years in QA; Atleast 6+ years in Salesforce testing & automation.

- Hands-on building complex solutions with Selenium, Appium,Java, Provar, Tosca, API test automation with rest assured, and Salesforce Clouds.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing global clients and supporting pre-sales efforts.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, etc.)

- Experience with AI-led testing or test intelligence tools.

- Exposure to performance/API/security testing in Salesforce context.
