Head of Engineering - IoT & AI Platforms

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end engineering execution across IoT, cloud, data and ML systems.

- Architect scalable, reliable, edge-aware systems for real-world conditions.

- Drive platform architecture and technical decisions.

- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams.

- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

- Collaborate with Product and Ops to translate domain problems into tech solutions.

- Oversee device-to-cloud systems, backend services and data pipelines.

Requirements :

- 9+ years in building complex systems (IoT / distributed / data platforms).

- Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Hands-on with backend systems (Node.js preferred).

- Experience with ML systems deployed in production.

- Understanding of IoT, edge computing, and real-world system constraints.

- Proven engineering leadership in startups/scaling environments.

- Ability to own architecture + stay hands-on technically.
