What You'll Do :
- Lead engineering teams across multiple AI SaaS products.
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture for scalability, security, and speed.
- Ship products with fast execution and high reliability.
- Be a client-facing leader, supporting enterprise presentations and technical discussions.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale top engineering talent globally.
- Drive innovation at the intersection of AI, automation, and CX.
What We Expect :
- 10+ years of engineering leadership (Head/Director/VP level).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML (NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, automation).
- Strong track record building and shipping SaaS and cloud-native platforms.
- Ability to scale teams across distributed geographies.
