Head of Delivery - Generative AI Solutions

Role : The Head of Delivery GenAI Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery for modernization and transformation engagements with global enterprises, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met.

- Lead and mentor a delivery team of Technical Leads and GenAI Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Translate modernization objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps.

- Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with enterprise

standards for security, audit, and transparency.

- Guide solution design and execution involving system modernization, code comprehension, migration (e.g., COBOL to Java), and AI-enabled testing.

- Drive adoption of GenAI-powered delivery approaches to reduce timelines, increase

reliability, and improve overall transparency.

- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementations aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in technology delivery and program management, ideally within

financial services, enterprise technology, or consulting domains.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI applications in enterprise delivery.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow technical teams, including leads and engineers.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.

- Strong background in governance, compliance, and enterprise-grade delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior exposure to modernization projects involving large enterprise systems (e.g., COBOL,

Java).

- Familiarity with AI-driven delivery frameworks and enterprise modernization platforms.

Team Structure :

Direct Reports : 2 - 3 Technical Leads, 3 - 4 GenAI Engineers
