Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Data & Analytics to lead the implementation and delivery organization for large health systems, payers, and provider groups.

This leader will oversee a 150+ member multidisciplinary team responsible for onboarding customers onto the Innovaccer platform and ensuring successful enterprise deployments with measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of healthcare domain expertise, enterprise data platform leadership, and large-scale delivery management experience.

This role will own end-to-end implementation outcomes, including delivery quality, timelines, data readiness, customer satisfaction, and the financial performance of the delivery organization.

A Day in the Life :

- Lead the enterprise data engineering and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Architect and scale cloud-based data platforms supporting enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.

- Build and mentor high-performing Data Engineering and Analytics teams.

- Enable self-service analytics and trusted data ecosystems across the organization.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business priorities into impactful data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Strategy & Platform Architecture :

- Define and execute the enterprise data engineering strategy.

- Design scalable data lake, data warehouse, and lakehouse architectures.

- Implement modern data architecture approaches such as Data Mesh and Data Fabric.

- Establish scalable frameworks for enterprise data access, governance, and analytics enablement.

Enterprise Data Platform Development :

- Lead development of large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines for healthcare data processing.

- Enable real-time and batch data processing platforms.

- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

- Support large-scale data integration across clinical, claims, and operational datasets.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management :

- Lead and scale global data engineering and analytics teams (150+ members).

- Hire, mentor, and develop senior engineering leaders, architects, and delivery managers.

- Establish engineering standards, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence models.

- Drive Agile delivery practices for large-scale enterprise implementations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

- Align data platform architecture with product and business strategy.

- Enable enterprise initiatives related to AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.

Governance, Compliance & Security :

- Establish enterprise data governance frameworks and policies.

- Implement data quality monitoring, metadata management, and data cataloging.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and GDPR.

- Maintain strong data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

- 15 to 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery, health IT, population health, or payer/provider operations.

- Proven experience leading large delivery or implementation organizations (200500+ employees).

- Strong experience implementing enterprise-scale healthcare data platforms and analytics solutions.

- Demonstrated financial leadership with experience managing delivery P&L and margin performance.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or HealthTech organizations.

- Strong understanding of value-based care, care management, risk adjustment, and quality programs.

- Certifications in program management, cloud architecture, or healthcare informatics are a plus
