Responsibilities :

- Define and own the AI roadmap and strategy in alignment with product and business goals.

- Architect and build state-of-the-art AI/ML systems and pipelines that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and applied researchers.

- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user-facing features.

- Explore and apply the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and other relevant domains to enhance our core product.

- Oversee data collection, annotation, and governance processes to fuel AI innovation responsibly and ethically.

- Establish best practices for experimentation, model training, evaluation, and continuous deployment in production.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess AI feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and communicate outcomes.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.

- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs, transformers, etc. ).

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangGraph, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience deploying models in production at scale using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML.

- Proven ability to lead and grow world-class AI teams and foster a culture of innovation.

- Track record of successfully shipping AI-driven features or products.

- A PhD or a Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.
