Role Overview :

As the Head of Machine Learning / Computer Vision, you will spearhead the development and deployment of AI-driven features that form the core of our product offerings. You will be a key member of the founding leadership team, responsible for setting the technical vision, driving innovation, and building a world-class engineering team. Your expertise will directly influence product differentiation and market success in a highly competitive space.

What Were Looking For :

- Experience : 10+ years in applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.

- Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience in recommendation systems, natural language processing (NLP), vision-based AI, personalization engines, or large-scale data platforms.

- Domain Knowledge : Prior work in consumer internet, social media, or large-scale platform environments.

- Mindset : Entrepreneurial, with a strong ability to balance cutting-edge research and practical, scalable implementation.

- Leadership : Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing AI/ML teams.
