Head - IT Engineering

Impacteers needs a strategic and hands-on Head of Engineering who can lead a backend team, scale a React-based front end, and drive AI-powered product innovation.

This leader should be capable of managing cross-functional engineering squads, ensuring architectural integrity, and aligning tech execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Own the end-to-end architecture and engineering strategy across React, Java, Go, and Node.js services.

- Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team across front-end, back-end, and DevOps.

- AI Integration : Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning models into scalable production systems.

- Platform Scalability : Ensure the platform is robust, secure, and scalable to support thousands of users and real-time interactions.

- Code Quality & Standards : Establish best practices for code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful features.

- Tech Stack Evolution : Evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance performance, developer productivity, and user experience.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience leading engineering teams in startups or growth-stage tech platforms.

- Deep expertise in React, Java, Go, and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

- Experience with AI/ML deployment, data pipelines, and real-time systems.
