Position Overview :

This includes formulating and executing a robust IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives. The role involves managing Process Optimization & Integration, ensuring cybersecurity, enhancing digital capabilities, and implementing modern tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop & Execute Digital Strategy :

- Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.

- Create a roadmap for digital transformation aligned with business goals.

- To develop a cloud strategy outlining how the organization will leverage cloud computing to host its IT infrastructure, applications and data ensuring effective performance, security, and alignment with business.

2. Technology Implementation & Integration :

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions (ERP, CRM, automation tools, etc.).

- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.

3. Process Optimization & Automation :

- Streamline operations through digital tools, AI-driven automation, and data analytics.

- Improve workflow efficiency in Sales, Marketing, R&D, PD Supply chain, Production, Quality Finance, HR, and all other functions.

- Reviewing existing IT policy and revamping if needed, keeping the data security, data protection and cyber security in mind.

4. Data & Analytics :

- Leverage data analytics to support business decision-making.

- Set up dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to understand their challenges and implement solutions.

- Train employees on new digital tools and processes.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage relationships with tech vendors, software providers, and consultants.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of digital initiatives.

7. Budgeting and Resource allocation :

- Preparation and management of IT budget.

- Ensuring effective allocation of IT resources for optimum utilization of ROI.

8. IT Infrastructure Management :

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including data centres, cloud services, network systems, and end-user computing.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and services across the enterprise.

- Manage IT asset lifecycle, vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement.

9. Cybersecurity & Risk Management :

- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Monitor threat landscape and implement risk mitigation strategies including firewalls, endpoint protection, intrusion detection, and data encryption.

- Lead incident response planning and conduct periodic security audits and penetration tests.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for information security and data privacy.

Education, Skills, and Work Experience Requirements :

- Educational Qualification : Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology/Computer Science

- Relevant Work Experience : 14- 20 years.

- Skills : Communication & Influence, understanding of sales & operations planning (S&OP). Business Acumen, Risk and Compliance Management, Exposure to marketing automation & analytics tools.
