Role Overview :

As the Head of Frontend, you will spearhead the architectural vision and execution of our web platforms, serving as the primary technical authority for our user-facing interfaces. You will work closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, scalable, and intuitive user experiences.

By championing modern frontend standards and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, you will directly influence our product's market competitiveness, ensuring that our digital touchpoints are not only visually compelling but also optimized for speed, accessibility, and seamless interaction across all devices. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between aesthetic design and robust technical implementation to drive superior customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable frontend systems using React.js and TypeScript to ensure long-term code maintainability and high performance.

- Lead the migration and management of complex applications using Micro Frontends to enable independent deployment cycles and team autonomy.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to define the technical roadmap, ensuring that feature delivery aligns with business goals and user needs.

- Optimize web performance metrics by implementing advanced caching strategies, code splitting via Webpack, and efficient rendering techniques.

- Establish and enforce rigorous CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment, reducing time-to-market for new features.

- Mentor and develop a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning.

- Partner with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale frontend architectures with a deep understanding of JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Proven ability to manage complex state and component libraries within a Micro Frontends environment.

- Strong proficiency in optimizing web performance and building robust build systems using Webpack.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including Product Managers and executive leadership.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and an ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth organization.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade web applications.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hybrid office environment in a major metropolitan hub, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
