Timus Consulting is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to build and lead our Global Cybersecurity Practice from the ground up.

This is a high-impact role where you will define the strategy, establish technology alliances, build a world-class team, and deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across industries.

Youll be responsible for creating the practice end-to-end from developing our service portfolio and securing global partnerships to acquiring clients, delivering complex programs, and positioning Timus as a trusted cybersecurity partner worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.

- Build the cybersecurity practice from inception, including team structure, offerings, and delivery frameworks.

- Establish strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors, cybersecurity product companies, and cloud providers.

- Develop and promote differentiated services in areas such as Threat & Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, SOC, and Cyber Resilience.

- Drive business growth through go-to-market planning, client acquisition, and proposal leadership.

- Ensure operational excellence, project delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Represent Timus as a thought leader at key cybersecurity forums, conferences, and industry events.

Preferred Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, services, or leadership roles.

- Proven track record in building or scaling a cybersecurity practice within a consulting or technology firm.

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.), and emerging technologies.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive P&L ownership, sales, and delivery excellence.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
