- Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management to drive quick resolution and prevent recurring issues.
- Act as the primary liaison with business and senior leadership for production matters.
- Govern SLAs/KPIs and conduct regular service performance reviews.
- Manage IT vendors and partners for cost-effective and quality service delivery.
- Lead and develop large operations teams across L1, L2, and L3 support.
