Head - Application Support

Description :

- Ensure 24x7 stability of business-critical applications with minimal production incidents.

- Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management to drive quick resolution and prevent recurring issues.

- Act as the primary liaison with business and senior leadership for production matters.

- Govern SLAs/KPIs and conduct regular service performance reviews.

- Manage IT vendors and partners for cost-effective and quality service delivery.

- Lead and develop large operations teams across L1, L2, and L3 support.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and information security requirements.

- Drive automation, monitoring, and cloud/DevOps transformation initiatives.

- Support major enterprise programs from a production readiness perspective.

- Oversee budgeting, POs, and IT spend governance.

- Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and information security policies.

- Lead efforts on BCP/DR drills, production readiness, and crisis simulation exercises.

- Partner with risk and cybersecurity teams to manage production access controls, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.

- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to transition from legacy to modern, cloud-native operational models.

- Support enterprise-wide transformation programs (core banking upgrades, digital launches, mergers) from a production readiness perspective.

- Lead the automation of production workflows, proactive alerting, and observability enhancements.
