Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to manage and enhance the functional aspects of our Institutional platform. This role involves overseeing the Institutional Dealing Desk, Omnesys Prop Dealing Terminal, and the Greeksoft Prop Dealing Desk. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and exchanges, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and management for all Institutional functional tasks.

- Manage internal queries and maintain optimal Turn-Around Time (TAT).

Technical Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.

- Familiarity with trading systems like Omnesys (NOW/ODIN), Greeksoft, Bloomberg/Reuters terminals.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, macros) and MS PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for building dashboards and MIS reports.

- Understanding of API integrations, FIX protocols, and trading system workflows.

- Exposure to JIRA/Confluence or similar tools for requirement management and tracking.

- Basic knowledge of cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) and scripting (Python/Excel VBA) is a

plus.
