Description : HCL UnO (Unified Next-Generation Orchestration) Administrator / Engineer.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced HCL UnO (Unified Next-Generation Orchestration) Administrator/Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise IT automation, orchestration, and service management workflows.

The role involves end-to-end orchestration of IT processes, integrations with third-party platforms, and ensuring efficient automation delivery across hybrid IT environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Administration & Operations :

- Install, configure, and maintain HCL UnO platform and its modules.

- Manage orchestration workflows, integrations, and connectors with ITSM, cloud, and security tools.

- Monitor automation jobs and ensure SLA compliance.

- Support users in creating and managing automation workflows.

Automation & Orchestration :

- Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows for IT operations and business processes.

- Integrate HCL UnO with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, BigFix, HCL Workload Automation, etc.

- Leverage APIs, scripts, and connectors for custom automation solutions.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure orchestration workflows adhere to security and compliance standards.

- Implement role-based access controls and audit logging within UnO.

- Support governance and compliance reporting for automated processes.

Performance & Troubleshooting :

- Monitor orchestration infrastructure performance and optimize workflows.

- Troubleshoot issues with integrations, jobs, and workflows.

- Provide Level 2/3 support for orchestration-related incidents.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with ITSM, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams for automation use cases.

- Participate in change management and release management processes for automation rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with HCL UnO platform and related orchestration/automation tools.

- Strong knowledge of IT process automation, orchestration workflows, and ITSM integrations.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell, REST APIs).

- Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).

- Familiarity with endpoint management, workload automation, and DevOps pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in HCL UnO or equivalent orchestration/automation platforms.

- Experience integrating UnO with HCL BigFix, HCL Workload Automation, and third-party security tools.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes for service, change, and incident management.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
