Salesforce Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFDC core and be proficient in Apex, Flows, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Experience with tools such as Formstack, sDocs, Youreka, and Community Portals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Salesforce systems.

- Create and manage Salesforce workflows, Apex triggers, and process automations.

- Assist with the development and enhancement of Salesforce functionalities.

Technical Requirements:

- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC Core) with hands-on experience in Apex and Flows.

- Experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Familiarity with Formstack, sDocs, Youreka, and Community Portals.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and support.
