Currently looking for a passionate Project Manager to head multiple software products with an ambition to learn and the ability to work in a start-up environment.

If youve strong knowledge with Node.js, MongoDB, ReactJS, AWS, and have previously worked in a SaaS, Fintech, Ecommerce or product based company, this role is meant for you.

This job would expect you to take care of end to end expectations of any assigned projects starting from requirement gathering from clients, necessary documentation to a successful delivery of project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Communication is the key : It need to be presentable and result oriented with all the stakeholders involved, including the client.

- Obtain requirements from clients : Document the project requirement, prepare necessary trackers ready for successful implementation of projects.

- Daily, weekly and monthly reviews.

- Responsibility : You must take complete responsibility of project delivery.

- Be humble enough wear the shoes of a developer if things doesn't go as per the plans/during emergencies.

- Team management : You are responsible for the performance, wellbeing and continuous improvement of your team.

- Efficient : Get the job done with optimal utilisation of resources.

- Be convincing to the management about your continuous improvement.

- Documentation : Be well versed with all kinds of project documentation and presentations.

- Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve overall practices.

Does this sound like you?

- At least 4 years of experience in a software development and minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

- Experience in managing stakeholders of multiple projects at the same time.

- End to end project documentation expertise.

- Prior experience in a SaaS or Product based company.

- Experience in designing, writing, and operating full-stack applications.

- Strong knowledge in NodeJS, RESTful APIs, MongoDB and React.

- Experience with Node.JS, MongoDB, AWS.
