Job Role : Hardware Design Engineer

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Kochi/Ahmedabad

We are looking for skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineers with hands-on experience in high-speed PCB board design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for schematic design, component selection, and board-level development for embedded or digital systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop multi-layer high-speed PCBs

- Create schematics and perform component selection based on design requirements

- Work closely with PCB layout engineers to ensure signal and power integrity

- Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of custom-designed boards

- Use lab equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters for testing

- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and QA teams to integrate and verify hardware

- Prepare design documentation and support production handover

Must-Have Skills :

- 24 years of experience in hardware/PCB design

- Proficiency in schematic tools like Altium, OrCAD, or Allegro

- Understanding of high-speed signals, power delivery, and EMI/EMC considerations

- Experience working with interfaces like DDR, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.

- Strong debugging and board bring-up skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with signal integrity (SI) or power integrity (PI) simulations

- Exposure to FPGA/SoC-based designs

- Familiarity with compliance testing and industry standards (e.g., CE, FCC)

- Knowledge of embedded systems or firmware interaction is a plus
