The Role :

You won't be "assigned tickets."

You'll own outcomes.

You'll work directly on core product, infrastructure, AI systems, automation, reliability, performance, and growth initiatives that impact users immediately.

You'll :

- Ship production code daily

- Build and iterate at extreme speed

- Work directly with founders and senior leadership

- Take products from 0 - 1

- Solve hard technical problems with high autonomy

- Operate with full ownership, not permission

- Make decisions that materially move the company forward
