Role Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails expertise and hands-on experience in building AI-integrated applications.

This role requires a blend of back-end and front-end development skills, combined with the ability to integrate and deploy machine learning/AI models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Develop APIs and services to support AI/ML model integration.

- Build intuitive, responsive, and modern UIs (React / Vue.js preferred).

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

- Optimize databases, caching layers, and background job processing.

- Participate in architectural discussions and influence product/tech roadmaps.

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 34 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role).

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord, Sidekiq/Resque).

- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.

- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (Python APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs).

- Experience with cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building AI-powered applications.
