Job Role : Test Automation Engineer

Years of Experience : 5+ Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Web, API, and Mobile test automation frameworks using Java-based technologies.

- Develop and execute test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, Appium, and BDD frameworks.

- Perform UI, API, and Mobile automation testing.

- Proficient in AI tool usage for test case preparation and execution.

- Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with development team and other required stakeholders for effective test coverage and defect resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain automation code using Git.

Mandatory Skills :

- Functional Testing (Writing test cases and executing it manually as per requirement).

- Core Java and Java-based automation projects.

- Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, and Appium.

- Web, API, and Mobile Automation Testing.

- BDD frameworks (Cucumber or equivalent).

- Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding of software testing practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging automation issues.

Preferred Skills :

- JMeter.

- Performance Testing.

- CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent).

- Maven/Gradle.

- Automation Framework Design and Maintenance.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Location :

- Work from Customer Office - Pune.
