Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend React JS Developer to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The candidate will work closely with product, UX/UI, backend, and engineering teams to deliver modern user experiences and robust frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Application Development :

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into responsive interfaces.

- Implement complex frontend workflows and interactive user experiences.

- Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

2. React Architecture & Performance :

- Design effective component architecture and application structures.

- Manage application state using appropriate state-management solutions.

- Optimize application performance, page load times, and rendering efficiency.

- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.

- Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

3. API & Application Integration :

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Handle authentication, authorization, error management, and asynchronous operations.

- Collaborate with backend engineers to define effective API contracts.

- Troubleshoot integration and production issues.

4. Quality & Engineering Excellence :

- Write unit, integration, and frontend tests.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Follow coding standards and contribute to frontend engineering best practices.

- Identify and resolve bugs across development, testing, and production environments.

- Contribute to CI/CD and automated deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in frontend development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and responsive web development.

- Experience with state management such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

- Experience with Git and modern frontend build tools.

- Strong understanding of browser performance and web application security.

- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks is preferred.

- Good understanding of Agile development practices.
