Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Infor LN Developer with strong technical expertise in development, customization, and integration of Infor LN ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Infor LN, supporting data migration, customization, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions in Infor LN (Tools, 4GL, DAL, Extensions)

- Support AX 2009 to Infor LN migration activities, including development and data handling

- Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

- Translate functional specifications into technical designs and code

- Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integrations (Infor ION, web services)

- Support module enhancements and bug fixes

- Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation

- Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities

- Collaborate with functional consultants and architects

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and documentation

Core Skills Required:

Functional Understanding:

- Basic to good understanding of:

1. Manufacturing

2. Supply Chain

3. Finance modules in ERP

- Ability to work with functional teams for requirement understanding

Technical Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience in:

1. Infor LN Tools / 4GL / DAL scripting

2. Extensions and customizations

- Experience with:

1. Infor ION, APIs, Web Services

2. Database: Oracle / SQL Server

- Knowledge of report development and forms customization

Migration Expertise (AX 2009 - Infor LN):

- Hands-on experience in AX 2009 to Infor LN migration projects

- Strong knowledge of:

1. Data extraction from AX 2009

2. Data transformation and mapping to Infor LN schema

- Experience in:

1. ETL processes and migration scripts development

2. Customization migration / redevelopment

- Support in:

1. Data validation, reconciliation, and issue fixing post-migration

- Understanding of AX 2009 data structures and modules

Integration Skills:

- Develop and support integrations using:

1. Infor ION

2. REST/SOAP APIs

3. Middleware tools

- Experience integrating LN with legacy or third-party systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Infor LN implementation or upgrade projects

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Infor OS)

- Experience in manufacturing or distribution domain

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012)
