Title : Backend Developer

Location : Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services using C# and the .NET platform.

- Build scalable, resilient, and maintainable backend services and APIs.

- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.

- Integrate and work with modern infrastructure and platform components, including MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Keycloak, and HashiCorp Vault.

- Contribute to code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in pre-production and production environments.

- Participate in technical design discussions and help shape architectural decisions aligned with company's long-term technology strategy.

Your Profile :

- 5-8 years of software development experience, delivering complex and business-critical systems.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET and C#, with strong expertise in Object-oriented design, Design patterns, and Software engineering best practices.

- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server), including writing Complex Queries, performance tuning, and database optimization.

- Hands-on experience with at least three of the following technologies :

1. MongoDB

2. Redis

3. Kafka

4. Keycloak

5. HashiCorp Vault

- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global engineering organization.
