10 -13 Years of Overall IT Experience :

- Should have experience working in diverse IT environments, including software development, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity, as applicable to the organization's projects

- Proficient in collaborating closely with technical teams, including Architects and Leads, to grasp intricate technical details and bridge the gap between technical intricacies and project objectives

- 3+ Years of Experience in Managing and Delivering Projects

- Should have a track record of successfully leading and delivering IT projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure the project teams, resources, budgets, and timelines are effectively managed while ensuring project goals are aligned with organizational objectives.

- At Least 1+ Year of Experience in Handling Projects Using Agile Methodologies as Scrum Master

- Must Have Experience in Delivering Fixed Price Projects

- Exposure & experience working on the Proposal/Presales Activities is must

- Proven Working Experience in Project Management and Associated Processes

- Project Planning, Estimating, Tracking, and Reporting

- Excellent Client-Facing and Verbal Communication Skills & convincing skills

- Solid Organizational Skills Including Attention to Detail and Multitasking Skills

- Should have Strong leadership skills for guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts to ensure project success

- Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks

- Understand the quality management principles and techniques & should be able to lay/follow the quality gates defined

- An understanding of project financials, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting

- Strong Working Knowledge of JIRA, MS Office, and Other Project Management Tools & estimating techniques

- PMP, Scrum Master Certification is a Plus
