About the Role :

We are looking for a high-performing Technical Lead to join our AI Productivity Centre of Excellence. This role blends hands-on full-stack development, technical leadership, and client engagement to deliver next-generation, AI-enabled solutions.

You will play a critical role in driving architecture, guiding engineering teams, and influencing delivery outcomes, while actively contributing to development. As a C4 leader, you are expected to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and strong stakeholder engagement.

This is a client-facing role, requiring confidence in presenting solutions, leading technical discussions, and aligning engineering execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full-stack applications

- Drive architectural decisions and enforce coding standards and best practices

- Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders for technical alignment

- Contribute hands-on to critical modules and PoCs

Team Mentorship :

- Mentor and guide engineers on clean code, design patterns, and best practices

- Conduct high-quality code reviews and elevate engineering standards

- Support sprint planning, estimation, and technical decomposition

- Identify and address skill gaps through coaching and knowledge sharing

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Present solutions, demos, and project updates to clients and stakeholders

- Bridge business requirements with technical execution effectively

- Lead discussions in requirement gathering, sprint reviews, and escalations

- Create clear technical documentation and presentations

AI & Innovation :

- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance developer productivity

- Apply prompt engineering techniques in workflows

- Stay updated with LLM and AI trends and evaluate use cases

- Contribute to CoE innovation and R&D initiatives

Mandatory Skills :

Backend Development (Any One) :

- .NET Core / ASP.NET (C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework)

- Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate)

- Node.js (Express / NestJS, event-driven & REST architectures)

Full-Stack Expertise :

- Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js with TypeScript, HTML, CSS

- Strong experience in API design and integration

- Ability to own end-to-end application development

Cloud Platforms (Any One) :

- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM)

- Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, AI Services)

Communication :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven client-facing and presentation experience

- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Technical Expertise :

Architecture & Design :

- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems

- Ability to evaluate and justify architectural decisions

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)

- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization

- Strong Git workflow practices

Agile Delivery :

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) environments

- Active participation in sprint ceremonies

- Familiarity with Jira, Azure Boards, or similar tools

GenAI Fundamentals :

- Basic understanding of LLMs and AI use cases

- Exposure to prompt engineering

- Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS / Azure certifications

- Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Azure Functions)

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)

- Understanding of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP Top 10)

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases

- Contribution to CoE or knowledge-sharing initiatives
