About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Lead - AI Automation to drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI-powered automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with modern Generative AI and conversational AI technologies, including Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LangGraph, and Dialogflow CX.

This role requires strong technical expertise in AI workflow orchestration, conversational AI, and automation frameworks along with the ability to lead development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Build and manage conversational AI and intelligent agent workflows using :

i. Google Vertex AI Agent Builder

ii. LangChain

iii. LangGraph

iv. Dialogflow CX

- Develop scalable AI agent architectures with workflow orchestration, memory handling, and tool integrations.

- Work on automation use cases involving :

i. Conversational AI

ii. Virtual assistants

iii. AI-powered workflows

iv. Process automation

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand automation requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation planning.

- Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Ensure best practices for AI solution deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Mentor junior developers and support technical capability building within the team.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in AI Automation and Generative AI technologies.

- Hands-on expertise with :

i. Google Vertex AI Agent Builder

ii. LangChain

iii. LangGraph

iv. Dialogflow CX

- Experience working with :

i. Large Language Models (LLMs)

ii. Conversational AI platforms

iii. AI orchestration frameworks

iv. API integrations

- Strong programming knowledge in Python.

- Understanding of AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.

- Experience building scalable and enterprise-grade AI solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI agent frameworks and automation platforms.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Exposure to deployment and monitoring of AI applications.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5-9 years of overall experience in software development and AI automation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead technical initiatives independently.

- Experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

- Passion for emerging AI technologies and automation solutions.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

- Relevant AI or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
