Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Angular, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical leadership experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to guide Agile teams in delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. The role involves owning architecture decisions, leading development teams, driving engineering best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to build modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications.

- Drive architectural discussions and technology decisions.

- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Application Architecture:

- Design and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions.

- Ensure adherence to design principles, coding standards, and security practices.

- Drive application modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies.

Development & Engineering:

- Develop and review applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.

- Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Work with NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

- Perform code reviews and technical audits.

Cloud & DevOps:

- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation and deployment efficiency.

- Utilize GitHub for source code management and release processes.

Agile Delivery:

- Lead Scrum teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Innovation & AI Adoption:

- Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence initiatives.
