About The Role :

Join our IT Services Team in Pune as a Database Administrator (Oracle).

In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database systems while ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Work closely with delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage incidents, patching, compliance, and recovery processes.

This is a full-time onsite role in our Baner, Pune office.

About You :

You have at least 3 years of Oracle DBA experience (12c and above).

You have :

- A strong knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, and AWS RDS is a plus.

- Hands-on expertise in backup & recovery (RMAN), security, and performance tuning.

- Strong communication and a collaborative approach.

- Problem solver, and collaborator who thrives in global IT environments.
