As the Head - Data Science & AI, you will lead and mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and technology leaders, to identify opportunities, define project roadmaps, and ensure successful implementation of data science initiatives. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to make data-driven decisions, optimize their customer experiences, and achieve significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Develop and execute the data science and AI strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and client needs.

- Identify and evaluate new data sources and technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and AI, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies.

- Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in our models and analyses, adhering to ethical and privacy standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing data science teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques, including NLP.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- A minimum of 12-20 years of experience in data science and AI, with a focus on applying these technologies to solve business problems.
