About the Role :

As a Senior Product Designer at Halo, youre shaping the systems, workflows, and experiences that power our clients products.

This role is for a designer who can think broadly about how things work, dive into the details when needed, and bring ideas to life through modern tools and approachesincluding emerging AI capabilities and low-code platforms like Framer and Webflow.

Youll lead design work across platforms, responsive sites, and apps, creating flexible systems, polished UI, and interactive prototypes that help teams align quickly and deliver with confidence.

Team Leadership & Structure :

- Reports to the Design Director

- Collaborates across product, engineering, and delivery teams

- Mentors junior and mid-level designers

- Helps define and uphold design standards, systems, and processes

Key Responsibilities :

Design Leadership & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end product design across multiple client initiatives

- Create and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and reusable patterns

- Deliver responsive, accessible, scalable design across web and mobile

- Translate complex workflows into clear, modular experiences

- Produce documentation, specs, and rationale that support engineering

Prototyping, Low-Code & AI Integration :

- Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, Webflow, or similar

- Use low-code platforms to validate ideas or deliver near-production experiences

- Apply AI tools to accelerate exploration, systemization, and prototyping

- Help teams align quickly through working models instead of static decks

- Advocate for modern, efficient design/engineering workflows

Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Present work clearly and confidently to clients

- Partner across disciplines to shape direction, scope, and delivery

- Mentor designers and contribute to critiques, rituals, and team culture

- Collaborate with leadership to improve process, clarity, and creative velocity

Qualitative Performance :

- Approaches design with systems thinking and attention to detail

- Able to scale ideas thoughtfullynot just execute visuals

- Balances speed and quality in fast-moving environments

- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in creating clarity

- Strong in visual craft, product logic, and communication

Skills :

- 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on system-driven UI

- Portfolio showcasing web, app, and systems design work at a high level

- Expertise in Figma and component-based design workflows

- Strong prototyping skills in Framer, Webflow, or other low-code tools

- Familiarity with front-end development environments and limitations

- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members

- Clear communicator who can lead design conversations with clients

- Deep understanding of accessibility, UX principles, and responsive behavior

- Passion for scalable design solutionsand the tools that help build them
