Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer who can collaborate with customers, understand business challenges, and deliver technical solutions that align with product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to design and implement solutions, conduct product demonstrations, support pre-sales cycles, and ensure smooth deployment and integration for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation :
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, technical environment, and challenges.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and solution proposals.
- Assist sales team in RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and technical bids.
Solution Design & Implementation :
- Architect and configure product solutions as per customer requirements.
- Integrate solutions with client systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, etc.
- Customize modules or workflows based on use-cases and scalability needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Customer Onboarding & Deployment :
- Lead end-to-end deployment, setup, and implementation for enterprise clients.
- Provide onboarding support, including configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and ensure smooth go-live.
- Document technical processes and maintain installation guides, manuals & SOPs.
Post-Implementation Support :
- Offer Level 1/Level 2 technical support and assist clients in issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, admin teams, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for product utilization.
- Work cross-functionally to drive customer success and retention.
Skills & Technical Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, web technologies, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of networking concepts, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, SAML).
- Experience in scripting (Python/JavaScript/PowerShell/Bash) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), monitoring tools, and DevOps basics preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
