Key Responsibilities :

- Administer SAP Security Roles : Create and maintain SAP security roles ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.

- Change Management : Participate and adhere to defined change management and approval processes.

- Peer Review : Engage in security role peer reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

- Security Event Analysis : Utilize SAP security tools to analyze security events, access patterns, and compliance alerts.

- Policy Enforcement : Understand and apply IT security policies and SAP GSEC standards.

- System Configuration : Understand and apply knowledge of SAP security system parameters and authorization tables.

- Issue Resolution : Follow standard techniques to troubleshoot and resolve low-to-moderate security issues.

- Process Improvement : Actively identify and suggest improvements in existing processes and workflows.

- Decision-Making : Make informed decisions for non-standard requests that deviate slightly from defined processes.

- Project Support : Support SAP-related projects involving role design, user provisioning, and access control.

- SoD & SOX Compliance : Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SOX compliance reviews and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration.

- Experience with role design, user provisioning, and change management processes.

- Working knowledge of Information Security tools and analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with SoD/SOX compliance requirements and role-based access control.

- Strong understanding of SAP security parameters, tables, and related tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with functional and technical teams.

- Ability to work independently and escalate when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of GRC Access Control tools.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Experience working in large enterprise environments
