Halma India - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Allocate resources and track progress across milestones

- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly status reviews

- Identify risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and remove blockers

- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

- Ensure deliverables meet quality and technical standards

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Project Management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall

- Experience managing Desktop/Mobile app development projects

- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Trello

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have :

- Experience with .NET technology development

- Exposure to industrial automation domain

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
