- Provide L3 application support for SWIFT systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime
- Perform incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
- Monitor and maintain system health, logs, interfaces, and message flows using SWIFT platforms (AMH, AMG, SAG)
- Handle system patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in compliance with security policies
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams for seamless issue resolution
- Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Support disaster recovery drills and implement corrective actions where necessary
Mandatory Skills :
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT Solutions : AMH, AMG, and SAG
- Exposure to secure environments with an understanding of encryption, 2FA/MFA, and audit procedures
- Familiarity with MTxxx message formats and ISO20022 standards
- Experience working with RHEL or equivalent Linux distributions (e.g., SUSE Linux)
- Proficiency with Oracle Database 19c
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Java Spring Boot
- Experience with Shell scripting for automation and monitoring
- Familiarity with JBoss (Application Server), Apache (Web Server), and Citrix environments
- RHEL (or other equivalent Linux distro like SUSE Linux)
- Prior experience in a highly secured environment (eg : financial services) with good understanding on audits, encryption, 2FA or multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Knowledge of Swift Solutions, MTxxx formats, ISO20022
