Role Overview :

We are seeking a self-motivated QA/Automation professional to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of end-to-end software solutions involving web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.

This role requires hands-on experience across both manual and automation testing, with a strong focus on building reliable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing

- Build and maintain automated test suites for scalable and repeatable testing

- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality across the development lifecycle

- Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall engineering quality

- Maintain clear and structured test documentation

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing

- Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON, HTTP) using tools like Postman, JMeter, etc.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar

- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript or TypeScript

- Good understanding of test design techniques, test strategies, and QA best practices

- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA or similar)

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) with strong querying skills

- Experience testing end-to-end systems across web, mobile, and integrations

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python

- Understanding of application security testing

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)

- Exposure to US healthcare systems (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7)

Qualifications :

- Education : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent

- Strong communication skills (Read / Write / Speak)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving quality and processes
