We are seeking a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead/Manager to drive and manage SAP PM implementations and support for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP PM, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP PM implementation and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

- Manage and configure PM Master Data including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, BOMs, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Maintenance Plans, Catalogs & Code Groups, and Permits.

Design and optimize Plant Maintenance processes such as :

1. Preventive Maintenance (Time & Performance-based)

2. Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance

3. Calibration, Refurbishment, and Condition-based Maintenance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, and FICO modules.

- Oversee RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development and testing.

- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Drive data migration activities and ensure data integrity during transitions.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PM experience.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PM Master Data and Maintenance Processes.

- Proven experience in at least 12 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Solid understanding of RICEF objects and data migration strategies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
