About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in test automation and strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing test cases and identifying suitable scenarios for automation, particularly for HCM Payroll applications and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review existing HCM Payroll test cases and identify scenarios suitable for automation.

- Design and develop automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.

- Analyze functional and business requirements to determine automation feasibility.

- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts in Tosca.

- Review existing test cases and recommend improvements for automation coverage and efficiency.

- Support end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes.

- Identify defects during test execution and work with relevant teams for resolution.

- Maintain automation assets and ensure test cases remain reliable and reusable.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand application workflows and testing requirements.

- Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Test Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca

- Experience in test case review and automation

- Strong understanding of HCM Payroll testing

- Experience identifying test scenarios suitable for automation

- Good understanding of functional and regression testing

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with HCM/HR applications

- Experience in end-to-end Payroll testing

- Experience with regression and automation test suites

- Good understanding of test automation best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and collaboration skills

Work Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST. Candidates should be comfortable working during the specified shift.
