Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Tech Lead with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, Integration Hub and API development. The role will involve designing, developing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub & Spokes.

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications such as Microsoft, Azure, SAP and SuccessFactors.

- Develop and consume Scripted REST APIs.

- Work with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML based integrations.

- Configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.

- Develop and maintain Import Sets and Transform Maps for data integration and synchronisation.

- Handle complex data mapping, transformation and validation requirements.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, connectivity issues and data synchronisation problems.

- Define and follow ServiceNow integration best practices and standards.

- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to ServiceNow development teams.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow development/integration experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Integration Hub & Spokes.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft/Azure, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar enterprise applications.

- Strong experience with Scripted REST APIs.

- Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.

- Hands-on experience with MID Servers.

- Strong expertise in Import Sets and Transform Maps.

- Good understanding of data transformation, mapping and integration troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and ServiceNow best practices.
