About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior PowerApps & Power Automate Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications and workflow automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. The role will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable and secure Power Platform solutions.

A strong understanding of Power Platform Administration is mandatory for this role, including environment management, security, users, permissions, solutions, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.

- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization.

- Work with Dataverse to design and manage data models and application data.

- Develop solutions using SharePoint and SQL Server as data sources.

- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST APIs and custom connectors.

- Configure and manage Power Platform environments and solutions.

- Implement appropriate security roles, permissions, and access controls.

- Manage Power Platform users, environments, solutions, and deployments.

- Support application deployment across development, testing, and production environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, integration, and deployment issues.

- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

- Ensure solutions follow Power Platform development, security, and deployment best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members where required.

- Maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, integrations, and deployment processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps.

- Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate.

- Experience with Dataverse.

- Strong working experience with SharePoint.

- Experience with SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.

- Experience creating and using Custom Connectors.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.

- Power Platform Administration experience is mandatory.

- Experience managing environments, users, security roles, permissions, solutions, and deployments.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Power BI.

- Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment practices.

- Experience working with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.

- Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, or other enterprise platforms.

- Understanding of governance and security best practices within Microsoft Power Platform.

Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Power Platform developer who can independently design and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions while also handling the administrative aspects of the platform.

The candidate should have a strong combination of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Integrations, and Power Platform Administration along with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable automation and application solutions.
