Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP and Variant Configuration (VC) / Product Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in CRM Web UI development, deep understanding of integration with ECC, and hands-on experience in enhancing and customizing SAP CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using BOL/GENIL, Component Workbench, Context Nodes, and UI Configuration.

- Work on VC/Product Configuration and ensure seamless integration with SAP CRM and ECC systems.

- Design, develop, and optimize custom ABAP programs, including Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.

- Manage and deliver RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) with focus on performance optimization and reusability.

- Support and troubleshoot issues across CRM and ECC integration, including data replication and middleware configurations.

- Work on CRM functional areas such as workflow, actions, partner determination, and BDoc processing.

- Collaborate with functional and cross-technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and end-user support activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6- 12 years of relevant SAP experience, primarily in CRM Technical and ABAP development.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Web UI development (BOL, GENIL, UI Component Workbench).

- Experience with VC/Product Configuration.

- Deep understanding of CRMECC integration concepts and data flows.

- Expertise in ABAP development , RICEF, Enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, and performance tuning.

- Good knowledge of middleware, workflow, and partner determination in CRM.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills across CRM & ECC systems.

- Exposure to Agile methodology and collaborative development practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in S/4HANA with CRM add-ons or C4C integration.

- Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 developments for CRM.

- SAP certification in CRM or ABAP (optional but desirable).
