About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead (ACE Certified) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire-based solutions.
This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter, who can guide a team through complex implementations, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of developers, configuration engineers, and testers through the full SDLC of Guidewire implementation projects.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using Guidewire's suite of products.
- Architect and design Guidewire applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Configure and customize Guidewire applications using GOSU, Guidewire Studio, and Guidewires integration frameworks.
- Develop and manage complex integrations between Guidewire and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging queues, etc.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure compliance with Guidewire ACE implementation standards and company best practices.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of experience and 4+ years of hands-on experience in leading Guidewire implementations as a Technical Lead.
- Guidewire ACE Certification is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on expertise in one or more Guidewire modules : PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Proficiency in GOSU programming, Guidewire Studio, and rules, product model, and data model configuration.
- Deep understanding of Guidewire integration architecture, web services, plugins, messaging, and batch processing.
- Experience with leading technical teams, performing code reviews, and mentoring.
- Proficient in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL) and writing complex SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools : Git, Jenkins, Maven, JIRA, etc.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
